In 2017, I transitioned from being a psychology major in college to becoming a hairstylist. Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated by people’s stories and their journey towards self-discovery. This passion led me to pursue a career where I could support others in embracing their true selves.

After shifting gears to cosmetology, I immediately found myself captivated by the unique and beautiful nature of curly hair. I was drawn to its wildness and the personality it exudes. To enhance my expertise in this area, I underwent training from various educational institutes and became a certified curly hair specialist.

While I thoroughly enjoy working with all aspects of curls, my true passion lies in color for curly hair. Witnessing people fall in love with their hair brings me immense joy. However, I always prioritize the health and integrity of your hair when performing coloring services. My specialties include balayage, creating a natural “lived in” color effect, and assisting women in transitioning their hair to its natural silver state.

As the co-owner of Curlture Salon, my dedication lies in fostering human connection and building a strong community. I pour my heart and soul into the salon team and the people we serve. As a leader, my goal is to be a mentor and protector, creating a safe haven for everyone who walks through our doors.
